Stock can be checked in to iPassport when received. This process includes recording essential information such as quantity in stock, expiration date, lot ID, storage location, check in date etc. Once checked in, stock is available for use and conveniently displayed in iPassport’s dedicated inventory tab. iPassport’s inventory tab provides a useful overview of quantity remaining, expiration date etc.It is possible to register use of inventory by checking stock out. Checking stock out allows clients to record how much stock was used, location of use and from lot used. Used stock will be deducted from the total inventory available. It is also possible to destroy stock in the event it expires before it is used. As above, notifications will be issued in the event stock levels reach their predetermined threshold or it approaches it’s expiration date. It is therefore possible to always maintain an adequate level of stock.
